2. Products

MagicFancyworks sells exclusively digital embroidery patterns (PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, VIP, XXX) and PDF instructions, as digital downloads. These are not physical products.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices include VAT in EUR
• Payment via PayPal
• No shipping costs
• The displayed price is the final price

4. Delivery

• After payment and approval, you receive an email with a download link
• The link is valid for 24h and can be used once
• Delivery within 24h
• Check your spam folder if needed

5. Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products when you expressly agree to immediate delivery and waive this right. By placing an order and downloading, you agree to these conditions.

6. Returns

Returns are not possible after download. If there is a problem: walter.bruylandts@gmail.com

7. Intellectual property

• For personal use or on items you sell
• Copying, sharing, reselling or reproducing is prohibited
• Designs may not be presented as your own work

8. Liability

MagicFancyworks is not liable for: damage from misuse, technical problems on the buyer's side, third-party outages.
